OLED and LED Lights – Antistatic hardcoats

The Antistatic hard coat is a solvent based UV curable coating. It combines high transparency, low haze and hard coat properties. The conductivity of the coating can be tuned from E+06 to E+10 depending on the transmission and hardness requirements. For plastics such as PET, TAC, PC, PMMA etc, we can offer either a solvent based,  UV curable organic/inorganic hybrid or a water based, thermal curable hybrid. For glass, it is a solvent based inorganic system for which the surface resistance can achieve values as low as 1 MΩ/□, when properly sintered.

Achievable Surface resistivity in Ω/□, measured with a ring electrode at 999V. Lower resistance available upon request.
