Wet Thickness from Applicator

Predict wet film thickness from applicator settings: Mayer bar, slot-die, gravure, or spin coating.

One calculator with four engineering shortcuts. Mayer bar uses the bar# × 2.54 µm rule. Slot-die uses the mass balance wet = (flow·1000)/(speed_mm·width_mm). Gravure exploits the cm³/m² ≡ µm equivalence at 100% transfer with a pickup ratio. Spin uses a simplified Meyerhofer scaling wet = K·η^0.42·ω^−0.45 with K = 10. Each mode displays its own assumption note so the user knows what was idealised away.
