Ordering and minimum quantities
The standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) for production orders is 200 kg. Custom formulations — tailored RI, viscosity, solvent system, or solids loading — are available at the same MOQ. For initial evaluation, Kriya provides sample quantities from stock within two weeks. Custom samples up to 200 kg are available with lead times discussed per project.

Lead times depend on the supply arrangement:

For high-volume customers, Kriya offers contract stock arrangements where agreed products are held in warehouse for 72-hour dispatch. This eliminates production lead time variability and ensures supply continuity for just-in-time manufacturing environments.
Packaging
Kriya products are available in four standard packaging sizes:
- 5 kg — evaluation and small-batch production
- 10 kg — pilot production
- 20 kg — standard production unit
- 200 kg — bulk production drum
All packaging is compliant with international shipping regulations:
- ADR — European road transport of dangerous goods
- IATA — air freight
- IMO/IMDG — sea freight
Packaging materials, labels, and safety data sheets are prepared for the destination region. Custom packaging arrangements are available for specific logistics requirements.
Quality control
Kriya Materials is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Quality assurance is embedded in every step of the manufacturing process:
- Every batch filtered to 0.8 micrometres (tighter filtration available on request)
- Up to 10 critical-to-quality parameters tested per batch
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) accompanies every delivery
- CoA documents: refractive index, viscosity, solids content, appearance, pH, density, and other specification parameters
- Batch traceability from raw materials through to final product
Product shelf life: up to 6 months (unopened, at recommended storage conditions). Specific storage temperature requirements are stated on the product label and CoA.
Regulatory compliance
All Kriya products comply with applicable regulations:
- REACH — compliant with EC Regulation 1907/2006. All substances are registered or exempt under REACH.
- PFAS-free — the full product range is 100% PFAS-free, ahead of the proposed EU PFAS restriction.
- Safety Data Sheets — available in multiple languages per GHS/CLP requirements.
- RoHS — products are compatible with RoHS requirements for electronic applications.
