Every step from raw nanoparticle synthesis to final packaged product is controlled in-house. Quality inspection is applied at each stage in accordance with our ISO work procedures.
Nanoparticle Synthesis
Synthesis of SiO₂, TiO₂, SnO₂, and ATO nanoparticles. Controlled particle size and narrow distribution.
Dispersion Formulation
Nanoparticles dispersed in solvent or monomer matrices at precise loading levels. Stability engineering and sub-micron filtration to ensure optical clarity.
Quality Testing
Each batch tested against up to 10 CTQ parameters before release. Samples retained for 24 months. Certificate of Analysis issued per batch.
