Why Kriya Materials
Kriya Materials operates the widest PFAS-free refractive index platform globally, spanning RI 1.16 to 2.00 across four chemistry families. Our coatings enable next-generation displays, automotive glazing, AR/VR optics, metalenses, and more.
Founded in 2006 as a spinout from Philips Research, we have built a dedicated R&D team with deep expertise in nanoparticle synthesis and optical coating design. With Holland Capital as our growth partner and a newly expanded production facility, we are entering our next phase of scaling.

What we look for
- 01Deep technical competence in chemistry, materials science, or optical engineering
- 02Experience translating lab-scale processes to production environments
- 03Comfort with ambiguity and the discipline to resolve it through measurement
- 04Clear written and verbal communication in English (Dutch is a plus)
