Pot Life Timer

Translate datasheet pot life at a reference temperature into the realistic working window at the current shop temperature using Arrhenius kinetics.

A 5 °C swing on the production floor can halve usable pot life. This tool applies the Arrhenius equation t_actual = t_ref × exp((Ea/R) × (1/T_curr − 1/T_ref)) with temperatures in Kelvin and a default activation energy of 60 kJ/mol (typical for amine-epoxy and silane condensation). Outputs are the predicted pot life at the current temperature, the reduction factor versus the reference, and a human-readable "use within ≈ X" message.
