1. データ管理者

以下「Kriya」「当社」「私たち」といいます。当社は、一般データ保護規則（EU）2016/679（「GDPR」）の第13条および第14条に基づき、本プライバシー通知に記載された個人データの処理に関するデータ管理者です。
2. 収集する個人データ
a) お問い合わせフォーム
お問い合わせフォームから送信された場合、以下を収集します：
- 氏名、メールアドレス、会社名、役職、国
- アプリケーション分野、メッセージ内容、技術要件
b) AIアシスタント
AIアシスタントを使用される場合、以下を処理します：
- 会話内容（セッション限定、個人プロファイルには紐付けられません）
- 個人を特定できる情報（PII）はログから自動的に削除されます
c) アナリティクス
ウェブサイト分析にはPostHog (EUホスト) およびGoogle Analytics 4を使用しています。両ツールとも、Cookieバナーで明示的な同意をいただいた場合にのみ有効化されます。収集する情報：
- ページビュー、リファラーURL、デバイスタイプ、ブラウザタイプ、匿名化IPによる位置情報 (国・市単位)
- ツール使用イベント (使用ツール、選択プリセット、計算実行内容)
- GA4はファーストパーティCookie (_ga、_ga_*) を設定し、IP匿名化を有効化しています。PostHogはセッション継続のためファーストパーティCookieを使用します
- 同意を拒否された場合、Google Analyticsは一切読み込まれず、PostHogはメモリ専用モード (Cookieなし、個人データ収集なし) で動作します
d) マーケティング同意
明示的なオプトイン同意のある場合にのみマーケティング通信を送信します。同意チェックボックスは事前にチェックされることはありません。いつでも同意を撤回できます。
3. 処理の法的根拠 (GDPR第6条)

4. データ処理者および受領者

5. 国際データ移転
AnthropicはAIアシスタントの会話を米国で処理し、アクティブセッションを超えてデータを保持しません。Netlify (米国) はウェブサイトのホスティングおよびフォーム送信の処理を行い、欧州委員会が承認した標準契約条項 (SCC) に基づいて運用されます。Google Analytics 4はIPアドレスを匿名化し、GoogleデータプロセシングTerms (EU-US Data Privacy Framework認証) に基づいて運用されます。その他すべての処理者はEU拠点または十分性認定の対象です。

7. あなたの権利 (GDPR第15–22条)
GDPRに基づき、お客様の個人データに関して以下の権利があります：
- Right of access (Art. 15) — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Right to restriction (Art. 18) — restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Right to data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) — withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

8. 自動化された意思決定
お客様に法的効果をもたらす自動化された意思決定やプロファイリングは使用していません（GDPR第22条）。
9. 監督当局
データ保護の権利が侵害されたと思われる場合、オランダデータ保護当局に苦情を申し立てる権利があります：
